Primary Care & Cardiology No-Show Policy

At Adv. Cardiovascular Specialists & Primary Care, we strive to provide timely medical care to all our patients. To ensure that we can cater to the needs of all patients, we kindly request you to adhere to the scheduled appointments.

Policy Guidelines:

1. Scheduled Appointments

Please arrive at your scheduled time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

2. No-Show Fee

If a patient fails to show up for their appointment without notifying us at least 24 hours in advance, a $25 no-show fee will be applied.

3. Late Arrivals

If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. We will make our best effort to accommodate you; however, late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling.

4. Exceptions

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you have a legitimate reason for missing your appointment without prior notice, please communicate with our staff, and we may waive the no-show fee on a case-by-case basis.

5. Payment Methods

The no-show fee can be paid at the clinic during your next visit or through any accepted payment method that is convenient for you.
